在此职位中，您需要重点做好以下工作：
客户账户管理
协助客户检视Citigold 国际个人银行客户需求，主动与客户互动以了解客户需求
建议 Citigold 国际个人银行客户通过多元化产品配置满足其多方位投资和财富管理需求。
完成账户管理的业绩指标，维持和提高产品渗透率。
通过及时的客户互动，风险分析和财富规划维护客户关系。
组织 Citigold 客户活动以增强客户联系。
通过多种方式获取新的 Citigold 国际个人银行客户
合规、风险控制
确保严格遵守 KYC/AML 和其他合规规范
满足客户的需求，同时提供卓越的客户体验
在做出业务决策时适当评估风险，特别考虑公司的声誉，并透过推动遵守适用的法律、规则和法规，遵守政策，对个人行为、行为和行为进行合理的道德判断，保护花旗集团及其客户资产安全。
候选人需具备以下技能和经验：
本科及以上学历，金融、商科或相关学科
相关财富管理经验
具有前线客户服务经验，善于建立客户关系
具有优秀销售及客户服务技巧，善于沟通及人际交流
普通话及英语流利， 能够用广东话进行基本沟通
销售金融产品所需的认证，即证券期货中介机构执业资格第1,7,8類 以及 保險中介人資格考試卷1, 2, 3 & 5 认证
