Product Manager, Digital Assets — Tokenization

Nasdaq · USA - New York City - New York · United States

Senior Product Manager for Tokenization, leading end‑to‑end product roadmap at Nasdaq, blending regulatory insight with tech solutions. Hybrid role in NYC, focusing on tokenization of digital assets, requiring fintech experience and strong customer engagement.

Financial markets are evolving, and tokenization is changing how assets are issued, traded, settled, and serviced. We’re looking for a Product Manager to help build next-generation digital asset infrastructure that connects traditional capital markets with blockchain-based technologies.

You’ll partner with institutional clients, market participants, engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams to move tokenization capabilities from concept to adoption while addressing complex regulatory, operational, and technical challenges tied to real-world digital asset use cases.

We’re especially interested in candidates who have built products for exchanges, trading venues, market infrastructure providers, or institutional digital asset platforms.

This is an opportunity to shape how tokenized assets enter institutional financial markets. We’re looking for someone with strong product leadership, deep digital asset knowledge, and a solid understanding of trading workflows, market structure, clearing, settlement, and post-trade operations.
