The role will be based in one of the following cities: London, Munich, or Amsterdam.

Oliver Wyman’s Insurance and Asset Management practice draws upon our industry expertise, strategic thinking, analytical insight and market-leading intellectual capital to create value for leading property and casualty, life, and health insurers and reinsurers. We also help private capital clients to identify and evaluate opportunities in the insurance space to deliver superior returns on their funds.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will be part of our Insurance and Asset Management practice, with a primary focus on Finance & Risk for Insurers and Asset Managers (FRIAM). The primary responsibility of this role is project management, where you will lead the team through an efficient and effective problem-solving process, guiding them from initial thoughts to a solution. You will ensure that recommendations are appropriate, practical, sensible, relevant, and cohesive. This position requires strategic thought leadership, as well as a strong command of technical and operational execution. Excellent communication skills, the ability to mentor junior team members, and the capacity to build strong relationships are essential.
