We are currently seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as a Facilities Asset & Operations Manager based in Tokyo, Japan.

The Facilities Asset & Operations Manager is responsible for the management of facilities operations, asset management activities, and capital improvement projects across Citi's real estate portfolio in Japan. The role applies specialized knowledge of facilities management, workplace operations, vendor management, and project delivery to achieve business objectives.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, service providers, and regional partners to maintain safe, compliant, and efficient workplace environments while ensuring high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

In this role, you're expected to / 職務内容

• Manage day-to-day facilities operations across the Japan portfolio, including oversight of outsourced on-site facilities teams, and support the timely and cost-effective delivery of workplace and capital improvement projects. 日本国内の施設ポートフォリオにおける日常的な施設運営を統括し、常駐アウトソースチームを管理するとともに、ワークプレイス改善および設備投資プロジェクトを適時かつ効率的に推進する。
• Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for business stakeholders, landlords, service providers, and internal partners regarding workplace and facilities requirements. ワークプレイスおよび施設関連事項について、社内顧客、ビルオーナー、サービスプロバイダーおよび関係部門に対する主要窓口として対応する。

• Work closely with building management, landlords, local authorities, and regulatory bodies on asset management activities, lease obligations, and building resilience initiatives. ビル管理会社、ビルオーナー、行政機関および規制当局と緊密に連携し、アセットマネジメント業務、賃貸借契約上の義務履行、規制対応および建物レジリエンシー向上施策を推進する。

• Prepare annual budgets for Projects, Facility Management, and Net Zero capital works/expenses; monitor expenditure and prepare variance analysis. プロジェクト、ファシリティマネジメント、Net Zero関連の資本的支出・経費について年間予算を作成し、支出状況をモニタリングして差異分析を行う。

Skills/Experience / 応募要件

• 3–7 years of professional experience in facilities management, corporate real estate, workplace services, engineering operations, or a related field. ファシリティマネジメント、コーポレート不動産、ワークプレイスサービス、エンジニアリングオペレーション、または関連分野における3〜7年の実務経験。
