Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
- 3 years of experience in HRIS, HR Technology, IT/Software Development or Automation System.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, data management, reporting, and HR processes.
- Experience in developing automation solutions and digital workflows using tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, AI tools, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Experience in system developer, system enhancement, process improvement, and AI-enabled solutions is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
