Outsourcing Risk Analyst
ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a motivated Outsourcing Risk Analyst to join the Procurement department. The role of the Outsourcing Risk Analyst is to support the Outsourcing Correspondents and beneficiaries in the application of BNPP Group and BNPP AM procedures, ensure the follow-up of the quality and completeness of data relating to outsourcing arrangements and contribute to the control framework and participates in the production of associated reports and indicators.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to the operational deployment of the outsourcing risk management framework for all BNPP AM entities.
- Support the Outsourcing correspondents and beneficiaries in understanding and applying the procedures, methodologies, and requirements of the BNPP Group related to outsourcing.
- Participate in the coordination of annual review, update and certification campaigns of the outsourcing arrangements register (RISK 360).
- Contribution to the identification and monitoring of remediation plans related to identified quality or compliance gaps.
- Produce and consolidate reports, dashboards and monitoring indicators related to outsourcing arrangements and the Outsourcing Risk Management framework.
- Monitor KPIs and contribute to the analysis of key risks and points of attention
- Participate in the continuous improvement of tools, reports and processes related to the Outsourcing Risk Management framework
PROFILE & SKILLS
- Experience in risk management, internal control, outsourcing risk management, procurement risk, or similar regulatory environment.
- Good understanding of the issues related to outsourcing, third-party oversight, and operational risk management.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in an international and cross-functional environment.
- Strong rigor in data tracking, reporting, and controls.
- Flexibility and change management in a complex environment and organization.
- High ethical standards.

- Autonomy and initiative ensuring priority management, action plan definition, and monitoring.
- Knowledge of project management.
- Fluent English – spoken and written.
