What role will you play?
You will be instrumental in driving the growth of the Corporate & Institutional Banking (Real Estate) lending book through your strong risk management and credit analysis skills. You will be part of our Originations team that is responsible for early-stage deal structuring, creating client-specific proposals, pitch-decks and credit papers that align with internal risk profiles. You will undertake due diligence, analysis and financial modelling, and advise on legal documentation to understand and mitigate key credit risks.What you offer
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that enable you to effectively manage and influence a range of stakeholders
- Strong financial modelling skills, with experience in the creation and analysis of financial models
- Analytical skills with demonstrated ability to analyse complex data and provide actionable insights to support decision making
- An in-depth understanding of real estate finance including an understanding of complex business structures
- Ability to identify changing priorities and solve qualitative and quantitative problems as they arise
