JOB Title: Global Marketing Product Manager – Dr.G DMI (International Zone - EU, US, and ASIA)

As Marketing Project Manager, based at Dr.G's headquarters, you will be the strategic bridge between local innovation and global execution — turning breakthroughs developed in Korea into successful franchise launches across international markets. This is a high-visibility role at the heart of the group's global growth ambition, with direct exposure to senior stakeholders across zones, countries, and cross-functional teams
YOUR MISSION
Lead the end-to-end internationalization of Dr.G's product innovations — from local concept to global launch success. You will own the franchise strategy at international level, ensuring every innovation is adapted, aligned, and positioned to win in its market
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
• Strategic portfolio management: Ability to optimize and synergize the extensive Dr.G portfolio to work with cross functional team to drive fast global growth.
• Global Portfolio Strategy — align product portfolios with countries and zones priorities to maximize local relevance and global coherence
• Launch Excellence — Drive retroplanning to guarantee on-time, on-quality international launches
• Marketing Concepts — Craft marketing concepts that ensure relevance across zones and drive franchise success
• Financial architecture — Build and steer the financial equations of launches (PRI/PVIS) to ensure profitability and scalability
• Compliance & Artworks — Oversee artwork development and claims compliance across markets
• Cross-functional Leadership — Lead and coordinate a broad network of stakeholders: local Innovation team, labs, finance and country/zone marketing teams
WHO YOU ARE:
- Education : University graduate
- Years of Experience : Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, project management, or a related internation role
- Other Experiences :
Strong K-skincare category knowledge
Solid understanding of an international market or zone
Agile, structured, and highly organized approach to multi-market project management
Strong leadership - ability to influence and align stakeholders
- Language : Excellent communication skills, cross-culturally and cross-functionally
- Other Skills : Proficient with Excel, PPT
