As a Solution Architect Senior Manager in our Supply Chain Planning & Fulfilment team, you'll be at the forefront of our most challenging and rewarding client engagements. You'll not only design the blueprints for future-proof supply chain planning systems but also guide their implementation, ensuring our clients achieve their strategic objectives. This role offers the chance to truly own the technical vision and delivery, becoming a trusted advisor and an integral part of our clients' success stories.

Your day-to-day could involve:

• Leading the design and architecture of sophisticated supply chain planning solutions, translating intricate business needs into elegant, scalable technical designs.
• Guiding technical teams through the implementation lifecycle, ensuring solutions are built to the highest standards and deliver tangible value.
• Being the technical visionary for our clients, articulating complex technical concepts with clarity, and advising on best practices for system optimisation and strategic planning.
• Cultivating a team and sharing your knowledge, rich experiences, and contributing to the growth of our practice's capabilities.
• Putting your point of view into the market, getting clients excited to work with Deloitte
• Leading pre-sales activities, contributing to proposals, and identifying new opportunities to expand our impact.

You're a highly experienced Solution Architect, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. You’ve got a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.

Your Technical & Consulting Toolkit:

• You possess deep, hands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions using advanced planning systems.
• Demonstrable, hands-on experience with Anaplan or Kinaxis RapidResponse is highly desirable, including model building, integration, and solution design.
• Expertise with other leading platforms such as SAP IBP, O9 Solutions, Blue Yonder as alternatives are strengths
• A strong understanding of core supply chain planning processes – from demand and supply planning to S&OP, inventory optimisation, and production scheduling.
• You're adept at designing end-to-end enterprise solutions, encompassing data architecture, integration strategies (APIs, ETL), security, and performance optimisation.
• Strong skills in data modelling, manipulation, and analytical techniques that are crucial for effective supply chain planning.
• Comfortable navigating complex integration landscapes, connecting planning systems with ERPs (e.g., SAP ECC/S/4HANA, Oracle EBS) and other enterprise platforms.
• Experience in leading technical workstreams within large-scale transformation programmes, comfortable with both agile and waterfall methodologies.

You’re a strategic thinker, always seeing the bigger picture. You don't just solve immediate problems; you understand the long-term implications of technical decisions, ensuring solutions align perfectly with our clients' overarching business goals.

Essentials:

• Demonstrable experience in the role of solution architect with implementation experience of Advanced Planning Systems (e.g. Anaplan, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP)
• Experience of working with clients and internal stakeholders, where you will build and maintain relationships
• Ability to collaborate within teams comprising of internal and client members
• Experience of engaging in process design and application architecture for supply chain planning organisations
• The ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies to evaluate the emerging and changing business needs of our clients
• Enjoy working within diverse and hybrid-located teams
• Professional working proficiency in the English language

Desirables:

• Certification and direct experience in Anaplan Supply Chain applications or Kinaxis Rapid Response
• Certification in any other advanced planning system (e.g. Blue Yonder, OMP, o9)
• Understand of or direct experience as a solution architect or functional designer for adjacent systems e.g. SAP/Oracle ERP,
• Experience across the broader E2E supply chain e.g. manufacturing, logistics, product lifecycle management

Please note as our clients include those in the Government and Public Sector, preference will be for those who have SC clearance or eligibility to obtain SC Clearance.
