About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Investment Operations and Client Reporting Manager to join the High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth Client Investment Performance Reporting team within Wealth Investments Management Operations.

This manager will lead a team responsible for reconciling and controlling client account data within performance reporting applications, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of investment performance reporting. The role focuses on ensuring data consistency across systems, strengthening operational controls, driving process improvements, and developing innovative solutions to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.

Success in this role requires close partnership with third-party vendors, Wells Fargo Technology, operational partners, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of operational controls, risk management frameworks, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards, with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks while supporting critical business objectives.
