MAIN PURPOSE
Based on a strong understanding of the Maison ambition and context, both globally and locally, the PR Coordinator/planner supports the PR Manager in creating and executing PR plans for jewellery, accessories, and fragrance, in consistency with the Maison's strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the PR Manager in the development and execution of PR plans across all PR team operations.

Key Responsibility 1: PR plan execution
- Execute PR strategy for both online and offline media to acquire qualitative earned exposure/social posts.
- Support determining measurable campaign objectives and KPI.
- Conduct various research and analysis, such as social media and industry research.
Key Responsibility 2: PR content development
- Develop contents efficiently to reach target audience.
- Explore new approaches and tools to create unique content to inspire digital users.
- Provide efficient ideas to create innovative content and schemes for paid exposure.
- Read proofs of articles and check published articles.
Key Responsibility 3: Exposure Analysis
- Create PR reports based on brand image studies, number of exposures, social listening by using DMR and other tools.
Key Responsibility 4: Relationship building
- Build and strengthen media relationship and external networks – publishers, writers, celebrities, and influencers in various fields.
Key Responsibility 5: Cross-Functional projects
- Actively communicate with other departments to ensure the smooth progress of cross functional projects and PR activities.
Key Responsibility 6: Team building / work as One-Team
- Maximize teambuilding / way of working and development of own leadership culture, cross collaboration with others.

Required Experiences
- Over 1 year of PR experience.
- Both in-house and PR agency experience are acceptable.
- Experience in jewelry, fashion, or cosmetics is preferable.
