A Day in the Life
Reporting to the Plant Supply Chain Head in Pune, you will lead the orchestration of new product launches, renovations, and product lifecycles, acting as the critical link between global development teams, local sourcing, and plant production.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Launch & Lifecycle Orchestration: Discuss, validate, and drive the execution of retro-planning for product launches and renovations with international development and factory teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Supplier & Sourcing Partnership: Manage relationships and parameters with component suppliers; guarantee material availability for production and proactively mitigate supply risks.
- Industrial Agility: Collaborate with the master scheduler to integrate launch volumes, monitor inventory levels, and continuously optimize service levels.
- Transversal Collaboration: Coordinate cross-functionally across packaging, warehouse, and finance departments to align on technical specifications and budget validation.
We Are Looking For
You are a proactive, analytical coordinator who thrives in fast-paced industrial environments.
- Educational Background: A completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology (B.Tech).
- Supply Chain Planning: Strong experience in material requirement planning, product lifecycle management, or coordinating product launches.
- Analytical & Digital Acumen: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP basics (like SAP) to track and optimize KPIs.
- Stakeholder Management: Outstanding communication skills to align international, domestic, and supplier networks.
- Core Skills (L'Oréal Skills Library): Product Lifecycle Management, Supplier Relationship Management, Agility, Stakeholder Collaboration, Problem Solving.
