About the role

• Lead the delivery of financial planning and forecasting processes for assigned markets and regions, ensuring activities are driven consistently, efficiently, and in line with global standards, governance requirements, and planning calendars.
• Partner closely with Finance, functional, market, and other key stakeholders, building strong and trusted relationships while providing accurate and timely forecasting, planning, and financial insights to support high-quality business decision-making.
• Develop accurate and reliable forecasts by combining stakeholder inputs with actual performance, identified trends, and relevant business insights. Support the annual revenue planning process and respond effectively to ad hoc requests to ensure financial processes and outputs are delivered in line with established standards.
• Drive planning excellence by continuously improving process effectiveness, consistency, and quality across assigned markets and regions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the financial systems and tools supporting forecasting, planning, and actuals analysis, ensuring their effective use throughout the planning cycle.
  

About you

• Degree educated in finance / accounting/ business or other relevant fields
• 2–4 years of Finance experience, with experience in FP&A, financial planning, forecasting, or business performance management as a plus.
• Experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment
• Experience in a Shared services environment is considered as an advantage
• Good understanding of planning processes and finance systems.
• Fluent English knowledge
