Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Board EPM implementations covering requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Design and deliver FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, annual business planning, and MIS reporting solutions.

Conduct requirement workshops and translate business needs into scalable EPM solutions and technical specifications.

Develop PoCs, solution architectures, product demonstrations, and technical presentations for client requirements.

Support RFP/RFI responses, requirement scoping, effort estimation, and pre-sales activities.

Manage project deliverables, timelines, resources, and risks across multiple EPM projects.

Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

Support migration, release management, enhancements, and production deployments.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to drive solution delivery and resolve project challenges.

Identify opportunities to improve planning, reporting, automation, and overall business efficiency.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in EPM/CPM or enterprise planning solutions.

Strong hands-on experience in Board EPM.

Experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, planning, and management reporting.

Experience in EPM solution design, implementation, and project delivery.

Strong experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting.

Proven experience in pre-sales, PoCs, RFP/RFI responses, solution scoping, and effort estimation.
