Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPIM) is highly desirable.
Experience: 10 15 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with a significant portion in a leadership role within the luxury goods, fashion, or a similarly complex, quality-driven manufacturing environment.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high performing teams in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex supply chain strategies and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.

Decision-Making: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data driven decisions under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Analytical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in supply chain analytics, forecasting, and the use of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan) to drive operational excellence. Knowledge of Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is a strong plus.
