The calibre we are looking for

- Comfortable working with data, systems and structured problem-solving.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with less than one year of postgraduate full-time work experience.
- Business analytics, information systems, engineering, finance, statistics, data science or related discipline.
- Experience in data analysis, technology transformation, operations, risk or project work is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of Excel and confidence learning new systems and tools.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
- Self-motivated with a genuine interest in developing a career in banking and finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, learning agility and a can-do attitude.
