Associate, Financial Reporting

Work you'll do
As an Associate, Controllership on the Finance & Reporting team, you will be responsible for:
- Prepare and record accounting entries in SAP for period-end, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities for management books and India statutory books, including supporting annexures and documentation.
- Support accounting activities for accruals, payroll, annual incentive program, employee benefit costs, prepaid expense amortization, and other employee-related costs.
- Support cost allocation and statutory invoice preparation across USI legal entities, including cost calculations and transfer pricing markup support.
- Prepare reconciliations for account balances and provide information for finance compliance requirements.
- Support preparation of draft financial statements and provide annexures, workings, reports, and ledger extracts for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
The team
The Finance & Reporting team supports controllership and financial reporting activities across period-close, statutory reporting, audit support, and finance compliance processes. The team works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain accounting records, prepare reconciliations, and support reporting requirements for USI legal entities.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 0-2 years of experience in financial reporting and accounting
- Experience preparing accounting entries and reconciliations
- Experience supporting financial statement preparation, audit requests, and finance compliance activities
- Experience using SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
Preferred:
- Experience supporting statutory accounting and reporting activities
- Experience working with period-end, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Experience with cost allocation and statutory invoice preparation
- Knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance requirements
- Experience using data analysis techniques
