What will your typical day look like?Through social media, video, photography, graphics, and digital storytelling, you will help elevate Deloitte’s talent attraction, business growth, employee engagement, and community impact priorities across the Caribbean and Bermuda.
You can expect to:
- Create, edit, and publish compelling multimedia content (photo, video, graphics) for social media, digital campaigns, and firmwide events.
- Engage with teams to translate business insights, thought leadership, and market priorities into clear and engaging content.
- Maintain organized content calendars, production files, and digital assets in line with Deloitte’s branding standards.
- Collaborate with Growth colleagues and relevant committees across the Caribbean and Bermuda to identify, develop, and monitor content performance.
About the teamOur Growth and Purpose team is focused on helping Deloitte grow and make an impact that matters in our marketplace and community. Growth is a dedicated, full-service, cross-border marketing and communications team that delivers innovative campaigns and strategic initiatives across the Caribbean and Bermuda region.
You are someone with:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field would be preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, video production, and content creation; experience in professional services or a similarly complex organization is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to understand stakeholder needs, shape recommendations, and progress multiple priorities concurrently.
- Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (or similar) and digital analytics.
- Experience working under tight deadlines and strong brand and corporate awareness.
