What you'll do:
As a Foreign Exchange Sales Specialist, you will play an integral role in promoting the bank’s offerings to a diverse portfolio of corporate and institutional clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve building lasting relationships through collaborative efforts with Relationship Managers, providing expert guidance on market trends, and ensuring that every client interaction reflects the highest standards of service. Promote the bank’s suite of products and services, focusing on Foreign Exchange and Derivatives, to corporate and instituional clients by leveraging your market knowledge.
Act as the primary day to day contact for internal stakeholders, coordinating activities to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through close collaboration with Relationship Managers.
Deliver high-quality products and services tailored to client requirements, ensuring their expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
Provide timely market updates and advice based on macroeconomic indicators, equipping clients with relevant information for informed decision-making.
Support various departments within the bank by sharing market-related insights, product specifications, operational procedures, and responding to client demands.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with external regulations as well as internal policies, procedures, and control frameworks.
Strengthen sales performance by achieving assigned revenue targets and other key performance indicators related to both financial and non-financial metrics.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department and immediate areas of responsibility
Work collaboratively across departments such as Operations to facilitate seamless transactions for clients, demonstrating effective stakeholder management internally and externally.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, laws, and regulations relevant to financial markets.
Fulfil regulatory requirements related to licensing qualifications while performing ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

To excel as a Foreign Exchange Sales Specialist, you bring proven experience navigating complex financial markets with deep industry knowledge —supported by a robust academic background in economics or business. Demonstrated experience in corporate & institutional FX sales, financial markets or a closely related client-facing role, ideally with exposure to derivatives
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business or a related field which has equipped you with foundational knowledge essential for success in this position.
6-10 years of hands-on experience working with FX and derivatives within the financial sector, showcasing your dependability and depth of understanding.
Strong knowledge of FX products and hedging solutions. Broader rates or derivative experience will be well regarded.
Exceptional interpersonal skills that enable you to build trust-based relationships with clients as well as collaborate effectively across teams.
Strong stakeholder management abilities that allow you to maintain productive connections both internally within the bank and externally with clients.
Comprehensive understanding of relevant laws, regulations, industry trends, and product specifications necessary for compliance and informed decision-making.
Commitment to continuous learning demonstrated by maintaining current knowledge of evolving market conditions and regulatory requirements.
Ability to deliver extraordinary service by being responsive, considerate, and attentive to client needs at every stage of engagement.
