- Education in Logistics, Transport, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or similar fields is valued.
- Experience Proven experience in transport operations, logistics coordination, traffic management, or Control Tower environments.
- Ability to quickly integrate into operations and work autonomously.
- Experience in logistics operators, freight forwarders, or companies with high transport activity is particularly valued.
- Practical knowledge of national and international transport; customs experience will be a plus if applicable.
- Tools Experience working with TMS, ERP, or operational/logistics management tools.
- Proficient in Excel for operational tracking and control. Power BI or other reporting tools will be valued, but are not essential
