Profile & Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in planning
- Strong MS Office skills are required, with advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI Desktop – report building, data modeling and DAX development
- Experience with Anaplan & luxury retail is a plus.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate data into clear commercial insights and recommendations.
- Strong understanding of inventory dynamics, forecasting, and retail performance levers.
- Proven ability to operate effectively across multiple stakeholders and planning horizons.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complexity in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative, proactive, and commercially minded, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
