Key Job Accountabilities 主要職務
Building and driving CRM models that enhance the band engagement & new customer retention, build mid-long term customer journey for rapid growth of YSL. Leverage data analytics to execute unique YSL CRM strategies with strong sense of speed.
Membership Program Management: Plan and execute membership programs to elevate customer experience and strengthen engagement. Focus on customer development by improving new customer repeat rates and driving cross-selling for Foundation and Skincare categories.
Lead Online DDX: Formulate digital customer experience strategies, set KPIs, and execute initiatives based on the overall customer strategy. Plan and execute online live streaming events collaborating OBM.
Digital Channel Activation: Manage the official LINE account and design / Execute personalized campaigns leveraging Marketing Automation (MA).
Data Analysis & Optimization: Analyze customer data to contribute to campaign planning, ROI optimization, and strategic decision-making.

- Fluent Japanese and English proficiency (Business intermediate level)
- Professional experience in marketing or CRM
- Strategic Thinking: High adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-changing environment.
- Strong passion for the cosmetics and beauty industry.
