A Day in the Life
Based in our Prague hub, you own a brand across Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary — offline and online. You report to the Brand Director and lead a small marketing team. Your mission involves:
- Strategic Growth: Shape the brand and category vision across three dynamic markets, owning the Advertising & Promotional budget to fuel sustainable growth.
- Portfolio & Innovation: Lead inspiring product launches, partnering closely with commercial and education teams to craft compelling product stories and precise sales forecasts.
- Omnichannel Execution: Bring the brand to life across retail, e-retail, and distribution partners with tailored activation and merchandising plans, ensuring a strong return on investment.
- Team Leadership & Development: Empower and guide a talented brand marketing team, fostering a collaborative culture focused on continuous growth and high performance.
We Are Looking For
We are searching for an entrepreneurial marketer aligned with L'Oréal's values who has:
- 5+ years of proven success in brand management, with a track record of leading marketing teams to achieve dedicated brand/market growth.
- Strategic and innovative leader: Identifies growth opportunities and develops innovative solutions within a scientific and regulated environment.
- Excellent communicator and influencer: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels, including healthcare professionals.
- Data-driven decision-maker: Leverages strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive results.
- Fluency in Czech/Slovak/Hungarian and English (Either of the three languages of the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia Hub)
