About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Associate Vice President, Watches & Jewelry Supply Chain Planning to lead our end-to-end supply chain planning across Cartier North America.

As a key member of the Cartier North America Supply Chain Leadership Team, you will shape the supply chain strategy for one of the world's most prestigious luxury Maisons. You will lead a high-performing team responsible for ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory, and supporting an exceptional client experience across our retail and wholesale networks.

This role combines strategic leadership, operational excellence, and business partnership in a fast-growing and highly dynamic environment. You will play a critical role in transforming our supply chain capabilities to support future growth through simplification, operational performance, automation and advanced analytics.

What You'll Do

Lead Supply Chain Planning

You will oversee the supply chain planning function for Watches & Jewelry across Cartier North America, ensuring product availability and representativity across the network while balancing inventory productivity.

Your responsibilities include:

You will build strong partnerships with our boutique teams, regularly visiting them to understand their needs, provide guidance and training on operational processes and tools, and gather feedback to continuously improve our ways of working, shape our supply chain and elevate the client experience.

This is a full-time position based in New York City, with regular travel throughout North America and occasional travel to Europe.

Salary Range: $190,000-$230,000
