Role Overview
Lead and shape Allianz Services’ Lisbon Service Delivery organization, driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and business growth. Oversee a diverse portfolio of services across Customer Care, Compliance, Data Protection, Legal Operations, Financial Controlling, UAT, and other business support functions.

Drive transformation through innovation, automation, digitalization, and AI-enabled solutions, creating scalable capabilities and new opportunities for Allianz businesses across markets. What you do
- Lead the Service Delivery organization, ensuring alignment with business strategy, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
- Drive service performance, delivering high-quality services that meet KPIs, SLAs, customer satisfaction, and financial targets.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across Allianz and act as the key point of contact for strategic service delivery matters.
- Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing multicultural teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization, standardization, automation, and digitalization initiatives.
- Promote innovation by leveraging AI, analytics, and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with Allianz standards, regulatory requirements, governance frameworks, and audit obligations.
- Oversee risk management, data protection, compliance, and financial controlling activities across the organization.
- Champion digital transformation and continuous improvement to support business growth and operational resilience.
- Deliver measurable results through improved productivity, stakeholder satisfaction, employee engagement, and service performance.
What you bring
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Economics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of leadership experience in SSC, GBS, Contact Center, or similar environments.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale operations and multicultural teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, transformation, and operational excellence expertise.
- Solid knowledge of service management, governance, and process optimization.
- Experience in Compliance, Data Protection, Financial Controlling, Legal Operations, or UAT is an advantage.
- Good understanding of GDPR and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of automation, digitalization, and AI-driven solutions.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including Power BI/Tableau.
- Advanced MS Office proficiency.
- Transformational leader with a growth mindset and change management capabilities.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing abilities.
- Results-driven, resilient, and highly accountable.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
