We are looking for a strategic leader to drive commercial and operational excellence across Latin America by strengthening governance, optimizing processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the Sales Excellence strategy across Latin America;
- Establish commercial governance processes, policies, and operating models;
- Lead the governance of onboarding and implementation activities for new clients, products, and business partners;
- Oversee regional tender and bid processes, including proposals, approvals, and performance indicators;
- Lead continuous improvement, change management, quality, and audit-readiness initiatives;
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and commercial performance analyses;
- Optimize sales support processes, contract management, and CRM utilization, including Salesforce;
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary regional team;
- Influence senior stakeholders and promote alignment across local, regional, and global teams.
Profile We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field;
- Relevant experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, transformation, or process management;
- Proven experience in people leadership and team development;
- Experience working in regional, international, and matrixed environments;
- Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and results orientation;
- Experience with commercial governance, performance indicators, and data analysis;
- Fluent English and Portuguese;
- Spanish is desirable;
- Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly and in alignment with our standards for data governance, security and ethical uses.
