Wealth and Retail Banking (WRB) serves more than 11 million clients in many of the world’s fastest-growing markets. Our client continuum spans from Mass Retail to Affluent, including high-net worth clients served by our Private Bank. We leverage digital banking channels with a human touch to provide clients with differentiated products and services such as deposits, payments, financing, wealth management and personalised advice. We also support small business clients with their business banking needs.
The Role Responsibilities
- Build and deepen relationships with Priority Banking clients through exceptional service and proactive engagement.
- Identify client needs and provide suitable wealth management and banking solutions.
- Generate and convert leads while effectively managing the client portfolio.
- Support clients through different life stages with tailored financial planning and investment advice.
- Stay informed on market developments, investment opportunities, and product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management standards.
Our Ideal Candidate
- 3-10 years of experience in banking or financial services, with exposure to Priority, Affluent, or High Net Worth client segments.
- Holds AAJI and WPPE certifications.
- Strong understanding of investment and wealth management products.
- Proven relationship-building and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Self-motivated team player with strong initiative and a client-centric mindset.
