- Master’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (a degree in Green Management and/or Corporate Social Responsibility is considered a plus);
- 10 years of previous experience in an international organization within the HR,CSR or DE&I Function;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (in particular, PowerPoint and Excel);
- Excellent Project Management skills;
- Good analytical, reporting, planning and time management skills;
- Team management and global coordination leadership;
- Communication skills and ability to influence and engage relevant stakeholders;
- Strong attention to details;
- Proficient English, both spoken and written (the knowledge of a third language is considered a plus).
