- 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role managing development and/or purchasing for leather goods accessories, jewelry, or trimmings
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Materials Engineering
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in 3D modeling, rendering, and animation is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), familiarity with AI tools, and fluency in various ERP systems
- Knowledge of PLM (Centric) software is a plus
- English proficiency (C1 or C2) is mandatory; French, Chinese, or Italian is a plus
- Flexibility to travel to Europe and Asia
