A Day in the Life Reporting directly to the Director of Digital and E-commerce, you will steer the CRM roadmap for our pioneering dermatological brands (like La Roche-Posay and CeraVe) based in our Melbourne office.
- Own the CRM Strategic Roadmap: Define the overarching CRM strategy, content focuses, audience targeting, and segmentation that remains aligned to local and global objectives whilst ensuring campaigns deliver business and commercial results.
- Drive Loyalty Leadership: Drive strategy and activation of loyalty projects to increase Retention, Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) and repurchase rates.
- Grow Databases: Lead the 1P data acquisition strategy to maintain an engaged, compliant, and hygienic database.
- Manage Systems: Partner with IT and external agencies to ensure CRM and database systems are fully operational.
- Analyse & Report: Translate data into actionable insights to guide eCommerce, marketing and loyalty initiatives.
- Enrich Profiles: Identify data-mining opportunities to build deeply personalised consumer experiences.
- Ensure Governance: Maintain strict standards for data privacy and information security.
- Collaborate Transversally: Partner with brand and eCommerce teams to ensure best-in-class digital ecosystem, build CRM campaigns, and define audiences to be used on media platforms.
- CRM Champion: Upskill brand and marketing teams on CRM best practices, optimised user journey design, and knowledge on digital tools.
We Are Looking For
- CRM Expertise: 3+ years in retail marketing with hands-on experience in CRM systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to process data, optimize digital marketing ROI, and design seamless user journeys.
- Collaborative spirit: Excellent communication skills to partner with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactivity: A solution-oriented mindset that constantly seeks to improve processes.
- Detail-driven: Outstanding attention to detail to secure flawless campaign and project execution.
