- Support end-to-end Program Electronic Review Management (PERM) process activities in alignment with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and escalate potential compliance issues to PERM Services team leadership and/or external immigration law firms, as appropriate.
- Use SharePoint, Salesforce, Avature, and internal metrics to track case activity and support service goals.
- Use law firm portals and vendor systems to complete core job functions.
- Maintain accurate case records, monitor deadlines, and coordinate case activities with internal stakeholders and external immigration law firms.
The team
The Immigration Programs & Strategy team is part of the Talent Immigration organization of Deloitte Services LP. This team is responsible for supporting the needs of our foreign national practitioners across all businesses. This includes the development and delivery of strategic immigration programs, as well as strategic projects to enhance the immigration experience of our foreign national practitioners.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate degree.
- 2-3 years of United States immigration experience.
- Experience supporting Program Electronic Review Management (PERM) case processing.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience maintaining immigration case records and monitoring case deadlines.
- Experience handling confidential immigration information.
- Experience escalating immigration case issues to internal stakeholders or external immigration counsel.
Preferred:
- Experience using SharePoint, Salesforce, or Avature for case tracking or reporting.
- Experience using law firm portals or vendor systems for immigration case processing.
- Experience coordinating with external immigration law firms.
- Experience preparing service metrics or status reports in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience supporting an employee immigration or global mobility program.
