Deputy Manager— Mixed Media Producer
We are looking for a professional to lead end-to-end production across broadcast, video, digital/web/OOH experiences and social platform assignments. In this role, you will partner closely with creative, account, strategy, and technology teams to bring ambitious concepts to life on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards, while keeping internal and external stakeholders confident and informed.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Deputy Manager, Multimedia Producer on the Brand, Marketing and Communications team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing all phases of the production lifecycle—from scoping through final delivery—for video, web-based digital experiences, broadcast, live events, social, print, and photography.
- Partner closely with creatives and collaborate with strategy, account and technology teams to execute approved concept.
- Collaborate across an Agile team (creative, strategy, account management, project management, and studio production), actively participating in sprint planning, task prioritization, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Research, bid, evaluate, negotiate with, and award external production partners, agencies, and crew in collaboration with the Business Affairs, ensuring full legal and contractual compliance.
- Build and maintain detailed master timelines and budgets; proactively problem-solve throughout life cycle of projects and initiate constructive conversations and decisive actions to keep projects on track. Take ownership of product delivery.
- Remain current on creative industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI-enabled workflows to share actionable recommendations that drive innovation while mitigating operational risk.
- Maintain transparent communication across matrixed teams and clients, providing regular milestone updates and fostering strong cross-functional relationships.

Qualifications
Required:
- 7-9 years of relevant experience managing multi-disciplinary production (video, web, photography, broadcast, emerging technologies, AI), preferably within an agency, global corporation, or professional services firm.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
- Deep expertise in end-to-end production (pre-production, on-set logistics, post-production workflows, and vendor contracting).
- Proficiency in content management systems (preferably Adobe Experience Manager) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Figma, BugHerd, Frame.io, and UX design principles to communicate effectively with designers and developers.
- Proven track record working within virtual teams and highly matrixed organizations, managing competing priorities with shifting requirements.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to advise senior leaders on marketing and communication strategies.
- Experience with Agile methodology and Workfront.
