Your Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of go-to-market initiatives across products, customer segments, and distribution channels.
- Create and coordinate commercial content, sales enablement materials, and campaign assets for brokers, customers, and sales teams.
- Translate product features and technical topics into clear, customer-focused value propositions and messaging.
- Ensure consistency of communication and market positioning across customer and broker touchpoints.
- Support product launches, commercial campaigns, and strategic business initiatives from concept to execution.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Distribution, Marketing, and Communications teams to deliver integrated commercial activities.
- Monitor campaign performance, gather market feedback, and provide insights to improve commercial effectiveness.
- Contribute to customer journey enhancements and digital engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners to ensure the high-quality delivery of communication materials and campaigns.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to strengthen customer engagement and commercial impact.
Your Profile
You are a proactive and customer-focused professional who enjoys connecting strategy with execution. You combine strong communication skills with a commercial mindset and are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
In addition, you bring:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Go-to-Market, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Customer Experience, Sales Enablement, or a related field.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a similar discipline.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills.
- A strong customer-centric and commercially driven mindset.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and organized manner.
- An analytical, data-driven approach and the ability to translate insights into actions.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across functions.
- Fluency in English; Dutch and/or French are considered a strong asset.
