The People & Culture Workforce Insights team helps drive better business outcomes through trusted people data, insights and governance. As part of the Financial Management, People and Engagement Group, we work closely with business, technology and risk teams to ensure data is managed responsibly, supports informed decision-making, and meets enterprise governance and risk standards. What role will you play?

As the People & Culture Divisional Data Officer, you will lead data governance across People & Culture, providing independent oversight and guidance to strengthen how data is owned, managed and used. You will partner with stakeholders across business, technology and risk teams to embed effective governance practices, support key data management initiatives, and ensure critical data is governed in line with enterprise standards and risk requirements. Your work will help build confidence in data-driven decision-making while supporting the delivery of strategic business outcomes.
