We are currently seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Market Training Specialist to to support the Market Training Manager in deploying the training strategy across the market. Acting as a field expert, the successful candidate will design and adapt training content, deliver impactful programs in boutiques, and provide one-to-one coaching to develop retail teams. By tracking results and fostering a strong learning culture, the role will contribute directly to enhancing performance and client experience.
