We’re looking for an Associate Director, Tech Support Analyst to:
• Support the Service, Product Manager and FX trading/risk applications across several technical domains.
• Ensure workflows, processes, tooling and applications meet the highest quality standard. Debug and define workarounds for known errors to initiate process improvements.
• Develop enhancements to improve application performance, redundancy and supportability. Contribute expertise to management of existing and new IT products and services.

Your skills and experience
Education & Experience Requirement• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (Any), Finance, Computer Science, or related field plus 2 years in the job offered or as Technical Lead, Systems Engineer, or related occupation.
Position requires experience with the following:
• (1) BigPanda; (2) Splunk; (3) JIRA; (4) Grafana; (5) Unix variants such as Linux; (6) Databases such as Sybase, Oracle, Microsoft Azure SQL; (7) Messaging technologies such as MQ, Tibco RV and Tibco EMS; (8) SQL; (9) Python; (10) Unix shell script.
