As a Cloud Technical Consultant within Managed Services, you will support clients in maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing cloud-based solutions that enable business performance and operational continuity. Level: Consultant or equivalent
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you'll do
As an Consultant, Managed Services on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for:
- Support Oracle Cloud technical operations across managed services engagements, including issue analysis, defect resolution, and system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, extensions, and data conversion components using Structured Query Language (SQL), BI Publisher, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, Financial Reporting Studio, and File-Based Data Import templates.
- Support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Service-Oriented Architecture Cloud, Representational State Transfer services, Simple Object Access Protocol services, and Web Services Description Language-based services.
- Perform production support activities, including queue monitoring, ticket updates, incident and problem management, and resolution within service-level requirements.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams across delivery locations to support deployments, code migrations, testing, and ongoing system improvements.

Shift Timings: 24x7 rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Information Systems.
- 3-6 years of experience in Oracle Middleware, Oracle Fusion administration, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, or Oracle Platform as a Service administration.
- Experience configuring or administering Oracle Platform as a Service tools, including Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Service-Oriented Architecture Cloud, Visual Builder, Oracle API Gateway, Autonomous Transaction Processing, Autonomous Data Warehouse, or Oracle Database Cloud Service.
- Experience configuring or supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services, including Virtual Cloud Networks, subnets, Identity and Access Management policies, platform monitoring, and access controls.
- Experience provisioning, patching, upgrading, or maintaining cloud environments across development, testing, and production stages.
- Experience automating administrative tasks with Terraform, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Command Line Interface, Linux or Unix shell scripting, or Python.
- Experience troubleshooting cloud environment errors, managing Oracle Service Requests, or supporting application deployments and connectivity setup.
Preferred:
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2024 Foundations Associate certification, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified Associate certification, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified Professional certification.
