We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee the financial governance of the legal entities within their scope, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports are delivered within internal and regulatory deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, legal requirements, and internal corporate guidelines.
- Perform financial analyses to guarantee the quality and reliability of financial statements.
- Monitor balance sheet accounts, reconciliations, profit and loss accounts, and accounting records.
- Coordinate external audits and support internal audits, including the follow-up and closure of related findings.
- Develop controls and guidelines to strengthen financial governance and mitigate accounting and tax risks.
- Support Group initiatives and drive local transformation projects.
- Foster collaboration across teams and proactively support the resolution of relevant financial matters.
What We Are Looking For:
- Solid professional experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Financial Governance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills, organization, and attention to detail.
- Clear communication and the ability to engage effectively with different stakeholders.
- A collaborative, flexible, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a global environment and meet deadlines.
- Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly and in alignment with our standards for data governance, security and ethical uses.
