- Education: Master’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically advanced Excel and PowerPoint), Power BI and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP is a plus) and planning tools (Sedapta).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience: 4–6 years of experience in planning roles within structured medium/large companies or consultancy firms, with prior experience in resource management or coordination.
- Languages: Fluent in English.
