Job Description – Dev Escalation Engineer (L4) / Product Support Developer (5–8 Years)
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical .NET Developer with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a developer-first mindset, be comfortable investigating production issues, and work closely with development, operations, and infrastructure teams to ensure platform stability and reliability.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain APIs and backend services using .NET technologies.

Analyze and troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes.

Perform log analysis and investigate application/system behavior.

Participate in production support and escalation management activities.

Collaborate with development, DevOps, system engineering, and support teams.

Contribute to microservices-based application development and maintenance.

Support deployment, monitoring, and operational activities.

Follow software engineering best practices, coding standards, and testing methodologies.

Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills

5-8 years of experience in .NET/C# development.

Strong coding and debugging skills.

Experience in API development and integration.

Good understanding of Microservices Architecture.

Basic to intermediate knowledge of Kubernetes (K8s).

Experience with log analysis and troubleshooting.

Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
