About the team
We are a small, collaborative software development team supporting market-making and brokerage systems.
The role’s primary responsibility will be maintaining and improving an automated market-making process. In addition, you will contribute to a variety of backend development projects across the brokerage environment. These projects may involve improving existing applications, investigating issues and developing new functionality.
Our systems are primarily written in C++ and run on Linux.
What you’ll do
- Maintain, enhance, and support an automated market-making application
- Develop and maintain C++ and python backend applications and services used in brokerage-related systems.
- Investigate issues in existing software, identify root causes, and implement reliable fixes.
- Use AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude and Codex, responsibly to support design, implementation, testing, debugging, and code review.
- Write clear, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Work primarily in a Linux environment using GCC and common command-line development tools.
- Collaborate closely with other developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.
