About the Role

 

This is a two-year fixed-term opportunity to join Swiss Re's global Compliance Financial Crime Intelligence (FCI) Team in Bratislava. You will play a meaningful role in identifying, assessing and managing Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (AML) and International Trade Controls (ITC) Compliance risks across one of the world's leading reinsurance groups. Working at the forefront of compliance innovation, you'll help shape how data, analytics and AI-enabled solutions are applied to protect Swiss Re and its stakeholders — all while building deep expertise and global connections along the way.

About the Team

 

This is an exciting opportunity to join the global Compliance Financial Crime Intelligence (FCI) Team, part of the wider Compliance Reinsurance EMEA organisation. The team supports the identification, assessment and management of Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (AML) and International Trade Controls (ITC) Compliance risks across Swiss Re, providing analysis, expertise and insight to stakeholders across businesses and regions worldwide.

The team combines regulatory expertise, data-driven analysis, technology and innovation to support informed decision-making and effective management of financial crime Compliance risks across the Group. As a member of the team, you will collaborate with Compliance Officers, business stakeholders and technology partners across Reinsurance, Corporate Solutions, Asset Management & Capital Markets, as well as other Swiss Re functions globally.

You will report to the Head Compliance FCI & Reinsurance Slovakia, based in Bratislava, and join a highly collaborative team committed to continuous learning, innovation and delivering value to the wider organisation.

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1,800 and 3,000 EUR per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:

 

 

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus. Eligibility may vary depending on the terms of Swiss Re policies and your employment contract.
