The Compliance and Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) functions play a critical role in protecting the Bank's license to operate by promoting adherence to regulatory requirements, supporting sound risk management and fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.

You will perform the Senior Management Function (SMF17) Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) for Deutsche Bank UK Bank Limited.

In this highly visible leadership role, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of the UK Private Bank Compliance and AFC frameworks, providing independent second line oversight, challenge and advice across regulatory compliance, conduct and financial crime risks. The role combines strategic leadership, regulatory engagement, governance oversight and people management, while supporting the ongoing growth and development of the UK Private Bank business.
