Marsh are looking to recruit a talented Investment Analyst to join our Liability Driven Investment (LDI) Portfolio Management Team. The LDI team sits within our Direct Investment Unit (DIU)which operates as an in-house asset manager for the Marsh business. This is a hybrid working role, based out of our London office 3 days per-week.

We are looking for an Investment Analyst to support the LDI Portfolio Management team with high-quality analytical, reporting, and tooling support across a range of portfolio management activities. This is a great opportunity to join the Asset Management side of the business in a role that offers strong exposure to government bonds and UK derivatives, with the chance to develop into a future Portfolio Manager.


The successful candidate will help improve efficiency, strengthen data quality, and enhance the team’s ability to monitor and manage client portfolios.


For this role we’re happy to consider a recent graduate in finance, mathematics, economics, engineering, data science, or a related discipline OR those with 1-3 years of experience in a similar role and are progressing towards CFA / Actuarial level.
