• 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or talent management, preferably within a corporate environment. • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s or relevant certification such as CPLP/ATD is a plus). • Skills: • Strong instructional design skills and familiarity with modern learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools. • Excellent facilitation, public speaking, and interpersonal communication skills. • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking training analytics and ROI.
