This position can sit in Austin, TX, Houston, TX, or remotely in the USA.

equired Qualifications
 
 * Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
 * 3+ years of hands‑on experience supporting SCADA and OT/IT operations for utility‑scale power generation in the U.S.
 * Strong expertise with Ignition SCADA (implementation and maintenance).
 * Experience with SCADA protocols and infrastructure including MODBUS, DNP3, OPC, TCP/IP, serial, fiber, switches, and firewalls.
 * Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (routing, VPNs, firewalls).
 
 * Experience integrating:
 * Substation devices (SEL RTACs, relays, meters)
 * Array devices (inverters, trackers, met stations)
 * Utility‑owned RTUs
 
 * Familiarity with NERC compliance from a SCADA/OT perspective.
 * Fluent English and a valid U.S. driver’s license.
 
 Preferred
 
 * Official Ignition Certification (or completion of Inductive University training).
 * Experience supporting multi‑site or fleet‑level operations.
 * Knowledge of solar technologies; energy storage and wind experience a plus.
 * Experience with SEL products and utility telemetry standards.
