Growth Manager Professional Services

Summary :

Amadeus AirOps delivers mission‑critical solutions to all players across the airport ecosystem (Airports, Airlines, Ground Handlers, Border Authorities, and more).

Within the newly created AirOps Product Marketing team, and as part of the Professional Services unit, the Professional Services Growth Manager is accountable for defining and scaling the AirOps Professional Services strategy, directly contributing to the Travel Unit’s double‑digit services growth ambition.

You will drive AirOps’ transition from a product‑centric approach to end‑to‑end solutions, embedding Professional Services into value propositions, commercial packages, and customer journeys to maximize business impact.

In this role you’ll

1. Define and lead the AirOps Professional Services portfolio within the Solution Strategy.

• Build, structure, and continuously transform the AirOps Professional Services portfolio, ensuring it addresses customer needs, captures market opportunities, and leverages AirOps’ unique strengths.
• Transform customer insights, market trends, and business priorities into service concepts, value propositions, outcome-based requirements, and investment recommendations.
• Partner with Product Management and Product Marketing to integrate services into end-to-end AirOps solutions, combining hardware, software, and services into a compelling and differentiated value proposition.
• Represent the services perspective throughout the AirOps Product Lifecycle (PLC), driving key deliverables, governance milestones, investment decisions, and stakeholder alignment.
• Co-own service commercial performance, including pricing strategy, profitability, and contribution to the long-term Services P&L, in alignment with Travel Unit growth and margin objectives.

2. Drive Professional Services growth and commercial success.

• Collaborate with Sales and Go-to-Market teams to embed services into commercial strategies, pipeline development, solution positioning, and deal execution.
• Support strategic customer engagements and RFP responses where Professional Services provide measurable business value and a strong competitive differentiator.
• Enable sales teams with clear service positioning, packaging, messaging, and commercial frameworks that complement and strengthen the overall AirOps value proposition.
• Identify and develop new service-driven growth opportunities to increase customer adoption, business outcomes, and revenue expansion.

3. Ensure scalable, profitable, and sustainable service strategy execution.

• Work closely with Services Engineering and Delivery teams to align delivery capabilities, capacity planning, and operational readiness with market demand.
• Monitor service delivery quality, customer outcomes, and financial performance in partnership with Finance and Business Performance stakeholders.
• Define, track, and optimize key growth and performance indicators, including service attach rate, services penetration, ACV uplift, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
• Leverage data, performance insights, and customer feedback to continuously improve the services portfolio, delivery model, and overall business impact.
• Ensure the portfolio remains scalable, repeatable, and profitable while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

About the ideal candidate

• 5+ years of experience in Growth, Product Marketing, Management Consulting, or Service Portfolio Management, ideally in a B2B / enterprise environment.
• Proven experience working at the intersection of products, services, and go‑to‑market, with a strong business and value‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable owning ambiguous, cross‑functional topics in complex, matrix organizations.
• Experience in the travel, airline, airport, or IT industry is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical, storytelling, and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to turn strategy into execution.
• Excellent English verbal & written communication skills
