About the team

 

Our Real Estate M&A Transaction Services team focusses on providing strategic insights and advice to market leading clients across the full spectrum of the Real Estate sector, at all stages of the M&A lifecycle. From pre-transaction analysis and due diligence to advising on strategic growth and funding initiatives during the investment ownership period and ultimately to exit whether through IPO or sale. Our team see transactions from end to end.

 

What will your typical day look like?

 

As a Manager or Associate Director, you will play a key role in driving the delivery of engagements and help your clients execute complex transactions. You’ll deliver commercial and financial insights through pre-acquisition analysis, financial due diligence, forecast reviews, and leveraging your general financial analysis skills. You’ll also have access to Deloitte M&A’s extensive accelerators and assets, including our iDeal M&A analytics platform. In this role, you will:
