Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for IT projects and verify underwriting rules to ensure system accuracy and compliance
- Handle daily underwriting activities for Direct and Retail Bancassurance channels, covering personal insurance products
- Perform administrative and operational support duties, including:
- Preparing hardcopy renewal letters for Retail Bancassurance business
- Maintaining blacklist customer records and related documentation
- Handling policy enquiries and company information searches
- Assisting in the preparation of quarterly internal control reports and self-audit exercises
- Provide support to senior team members on day-to-day management activities, projects, and other ad hoc assignments as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the insurance industry
- Experience in underwriting, customer service, or policy administration, preferably in Property & Casualty (P&C) retail lines and personal insurance products
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Chinese word processing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing and positive attitude
- Responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn and take on new challenges
