【職務内容/ Job Description】
Purpose of this role is to Lead and drive impactful strategic procurement initiatives to achieve target procurement savings and continuous improvement of related processes by effectively analyzing opportunities thru internal & external business partnering. Support for continuously evolve the team to gain efficiency. Proactively offer professional guidance to team and support the Procurement sourcing team manager to continuously gain effective team engagement, show leadership to gain effective tam work, provide creative ideas to enhance contribution as team, and provide guidance to team members where needed. Proactively action to provide leadership in gaining continuous effective teamwork.
【求めるスキル・経験/ Required Skills and Experiences 】
Senior bilingual procurement professional with 10+ years in strategic sourcing, ideally including 5+ years in financial services and 3+ years leading teams or projects. Must be able to deliver savings targets, analyze spend, develop category strategies, negotiate with suppliers, manage supplier performance and risk, and influence senior stakeholders. The role also supports the performance and development of a seven-person team. Bachelor’s degree and business-level Japanese and English required; MBA/CIPS preferred.

【賃金】現年収、能力、経験に応じて当社規定により優遇【勤務時間】 9:00～17:00（休憩12:00～13:00） フレックスタイムあり

（雇入れ直後）白金本社（変更の範囲）会社の定める就業場所へ異動を命じることがある。
